This documentation and software is licensed under a Creative Commons License. It is free for individual use. It can also be used in a corporate environment to benefit a team of programmers.

The DevTools may also be ported to unsupported Smalltalk development environments for personal or team programmer use. However, any ported version of the tools cannot be released to the public without my permission. If you want to port the DevTools, then please read the porting tips.

Unless written permission is given, the DevTools and the associated documentation cannot be included with any product that is sold.
